There is a calculator on the other site (that has the word Garage in it). The 450 has the medium duty version of the Powerstroke and 10 speed tranny. The 350 is speed to win drag races up the Ike gauntlet and beat Duramax and Cummins off the line. The piston skirts are upgraded steel in the gen 3 powerstoke 450 ans up and still aluminum on the 350. Don't overthink the specs.

My 6.4 POS PSD would run all day long towing on level ground with 3.73s, 37s and a 6.4 in OD.Then use the axle ratio fraction to get the circumference at 3.31 (edit: My truck is a diesel with 3.55 gears): 2818* (3.31/3.55) = 2628. This ended up being off by about 5.5% (indicated 52mph, actual 55mph). Multiplied by the fraction to get the circumference. (55/52)*2628 = 2780.37s vs 35s. Currently running a ReadyLift 2.5" spacer level on 35x12.50x20 Toyo AT2s. It looks good but the tire doesn't fill the wheel well as much as I'd like it to. I'm switching to a Carli Suspensions 2.5" Coil Spring kit. I'm going to get the Toyo AT3 and keep them on the stock 20" Lariat wheels.

Only show this user ...The reality is, the 250 is approx. 1/2" lower up front, compared to a 17-19, and the 2020 F350, if it has not been lowered too (not sure that it has not). That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever. The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25".
